Personal data protection
We consider the protection of personal data an important and necessary part of our systems and processes. In accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter also as “GDPR”) and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (a general regulation concerning the protection of personal data) we are presenting the following statement:

Processing of personal data
Purpose of the processing of personal data
The offering of trade and services on the basis of the data subject’s consent under Article 6, section 1(a) of the GDPR.
List of personal data
The following personal data may be processed with your consent, for the purposes of offering trade and services, for the purposes of offering job vacancies at our company or for the purposes of sending out news:
- Name and surname
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Company
- Position
Providing personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement necessary for the conclusion of a contract. Personal data is provided completely voluntarily on the basis of consent and this consent may be revoked at any time.
When processing such personal data, there is no profiling based on automated processing. However, the processing may be manual or eventually automated.
Your personal data is not sent outside the EU.
Duration of storing your personal data
We store your personal data for a period of 10 years unless stated otherwise in the agreement below.
Additional processors of personal data
The Controller, for the purposes of processing personal data, may utilize processors with which he/she has a concluded a processing contract. Currently, the Controller may utilize these processors:
- Clever Monitor s.r.o. (for sending out newsletters)
- EkonSys s.r.o. (for the processing inquiries and job seekers’ records)
Sources for obtaining personal data
The Controller obtains personal data via the Inquiry Form, e-mail newsletter and also from the Job Seeker Form. Personal data may also be obtained from outside the above-mentioned sources mainly via the business activities of the Controller’s workers. Personal data is always obtained only with the consent of the data subject.
Processing of personal data provided in the Inquiry Form
By sending the Inquiry Form, you are giving us your consent that our company may contact you and inform you about our products and services. You are giving us this consent for a period of 5 years from the date of sending the Inquiry Form and you may revoke your consent at any time. A change or withdrawal of your consent that you granted to us may be done via the Consent Management Form. Select the appropriate one in the overview.

Processing of personal data listed in the “Send us your CV” form
By sending the “Send us your CV” form, you are giving us your consent that our company may contact you and inform you about an offer of job vacancies available at our company. You are giving us this consent for a period of 5 years from the date of sending the form and you may revoke your consent at any time. A change or withdrawal of your consent that you granted to us may be done via the Consent Management Form. Select the appropriate one in the overview.

Processing of personal data listed in the “Newsletter subscription” form
By sending the “Newsletter subscription” form, you are giving us your consent that our company may contact you and inform you about our products and services or eventually about other events at the Controller’s company via e-mail messages. You are giving us this consent for a period of 10 years and you may revoke your consent at any time. You can revoke your consent easily by clicking on the hypertext link “Unsubscribe from this newsletter” which you will find at the end of each of our newsletter e-mails. A change or withdrawal of your consent that you granted to us may be done via the Consent Management Form. Select the appropriate one in the overview.

What rights you have in relation to the processing of personal data
The right to revoke consent to the processing of personal data
At any time you can revoke your previously given consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of offering trade and services. The withdrawal may be done via this Request for the withdrawal of consent or eventually via e-mail or in writing to the contact address of the Controller.
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the right to process your personal data before its withdrawal.
The right to request information and access to the processing of personal data
You may request information whether your personal data is being processed. You may request information and access to the processing of your personal data via this Request Form.
Right to erasure
You may request the erasure of your personal data in which case our obligation is to do so without any undue delay. We may, however, decline your right to erasure according to legal reasons, either in the case when we need your personal data for the fulfilment of a contract or when legal obligations or the Controller’s legitimate interest obligate us to retain it.
You may request the erasure of your personal data via this Request Form.
Right to rectify inaccurate or incomplete personal data
You may ask the Controller to rectify or add to your personal data via this Request Form.
Right to the restriction of processing
You may ask the Controller to cease the processing of your personal data via this Request Form.
Right to data portability
You may request for your personal data in a format necessary for the additional automated processing. You may request for a file with your personal data via this Request Form.
